Recently, we celebrated the 2026 DOORS Internship Showcase, and we are still inspired by the energy, innovation, and talent on display at Leggett & Platt!
Our interns took center stage, both at our Corporate Headquarters and virtually, to present the impactful projects they worked on throughout the summer. From hands-on learning experiences to meaningful business contributions, they shared the skills they developed and the differences they made across the company.
We extend a sincere thank you to our interns, mentors, and everyone who supported this incredible event. We are proud of all they accomplished this summer and can’t wait to see where their journeys take them next.
Be it to peers or upper management, in-person or online, professional presentations can be scary. At least, they are for those who suffer from speech anxiety, including yours truly. However, I’ve found from experience that properly preparing for a presentation and avoiding the list below will help calm those speech-day jitters.
