October is Manufacturing Month! To celebrate, we’re spotlighting the hardworking and dedicated people behind our businesses and products.

To kick us off, meet Seth Herman, a machine operator for our Hanes business. Seth has been with us for four years and is currently working with coil encapsulation.

“What I’m most proud of is the friendships and camaraderie I’ve built with my coworkers, says Seth. “The relationships I’ve developed over the years have made coming to work rewarding and enjoyable.”

When he’s not at work, Seth enjoys spending time with his family, going to the lake, snowboarding, or going to the gym.

Thank you, Seth, for taking pride in your work and for all you do for our business!
