For decades, Leggett & Platt employees have helped create stronger, healthier communities through their support of United Way organizations. These partnerships provide essential resources and services, from emergency assistance and healthcare support to literacy, education, and family-focused programs that improve the lives of those in need.

In 2025, Leggett & Platt contributed more than $1.7 million in cash and in-kind donations to charitable organizations. Through local United Way agencies, employees raised more than $94,000, and Leggett & Platt amplified those efforts with an additional $57,500 corporate donation to United Way agencies across the United States.
