As we continue celebrating Manufacturing Month, we’re introducing you to the hardworking and dedicated people behind our products. Meet Rosa Barrera, a Welded Top Wire Operator in our Bedding business!

Rosa has been with Leggett & Platt for 15 years and currently produces Semi-Flex LP Performance products in full and queen sizes.

“I am most proud of the dedication and attention to detail I bring to my work each day,” says Rosa. “While consistently meeting production goals is important, I place equal emphasis on maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure that every product delivered to our customers meets expectations and reflects the excellence of our work.”

Outside of work, Rosa enjoys reading, going for walks, and spending time with her family.

Thank you, Rosa, for the pride you take in your work and all you do for Leggett & Platt!
