June is National Safety Month, a time to pause and reflect on the importance of employee health and safety. At L&P, safety is our top priority – it’s how we put people first. We pride ourselves on our year-round commitment to the well-being of our employees, not just during the month of June. 

Tim Budrick, our Vice President of Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainability, shared a few impactful words as we embark on this important month:

“Safety is embedded in every task, every decision, and every interaction. A strong safety culture is built when we identify risk early and refuse to wait for an incident to tell us what we should have seen.”
