This month marks an important leadership transition at Spühl, our Switzerland-based company known for designing and manufacturing high-precision wire-forming machines for pocket springs and other coil products.

After many successful years as CEO, Thomas Bolthauser has stepped down from his role, leaving behind a long legacy of collaboration, innovation, and customer partnership. His leadership helped shape Spühl’s strategic direction and build a solid foundation for continued success.

We’re excited to welcome Jens Westh as Spühl’s new leader. Jens joined Spühl in October 2025, bringing with him many years of management experience in international industrial companies such as MAN, FLSmidth and, most recently, as Managing Director at Maagtechnic. Jens will play a key role in the strategic development of Spühl while building on its engineering excellence and global relationships.

As Thomas continues to support Spühl in an advisory role, we thank him for his service and contributions over the years and wish Jens every success as he leads the team forward.
