July is all about celebrating the DOORS Internship Program here at Leggett & Platt!

DOORS opens pathways for students to gain real-world experience across departments like Talent Management, Engineering, Accounting, and more. Through the program, students grow as professionals, contribute meaningful work, and build lifelong connections.

This year, we’re proud to host 16 interns from universities across the U.S., including Florida A&M, Brandeis, and Columbia University.
