November 13th is World Kindness Day!

From beach cleanups to supporting charitable organizations, our teams around the world spread kindness throughout their communities. To celebrate World Kindness Day, we’re resharing some inspiring stories of their kindness in action:

• W:ISE Champions Volunteerism: Throughout June, members of our W:ISE Employee Resource Group (ERG) inspired members to give back to their communities through acts of service and philanthropy. 
• Make-A-Wish Partnership: Our Flooring Products business shared an update on their partnership with Make-A-Wish – a nonprofit that grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
• Beach Cleanup in Guangzhou: Our team in Guangzhou cleaned up a local beach.
• United Way Day of Caring: L&P employees joined hundreds of volunteers across southern Missouri to volunteer at three organizations.
• Lafayette House Annual Fundraiser: L&P employees attended a fundraiser for the Lafayette House of Joplin, Missouri.
• Carthage Area United Way Golf Scramble: L&P employees volunteered at a golfing event to raise money for United Way.
