We recently published our 2024 Sustainability Report, which details our approach, commitment, and progress towards environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters that are most important to our business.

We’d like to share a few key enhancements to this year’s report:

• Identifying five areas of focus and our corresponding goals for each area

• Improving our environmental management system disclosures and sharing about the launch of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Center of Excellence

• Highlighting significant investment and changes to attract and retain talent and engage our employees

• Disclosing four years of Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions (2019-2022)

• Expanding our supplier engagement strategies, including a Supplier Diversity Council
