L&P Flooring Products uses more than 100 million pounds of post-industrial and post-consumer Flexible Polyurethane Foam scrap per year to produce their foam flooring underlayment products, reducing landfill burden and conserving resources.
Post-industrial waste is generated from block manufacture and trimming scraps during the fabrication of products such as mattresses, upholstered furniture, and automotive seating. Post-consumer waste comes from end-of-life upholstered furniture, mattresses, carpet cushion, and automotive interior parts.
By repurposing post-industrial and post-consumer scrap, L&P Flooring Products not only creates functional foam products but also honors our commitment to a greener, more sustainable future.
